개인정보처리방침
Starpowder dev(이하 "개발자")는 모바일 게임 퍼즐가디언즈(패키지 이름 net.starpowder.puzzleguardians, 이하 "게임")를 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 이 방침으로 어떤 정보가 어떻게 처리되는지 알려 드립니다.
1. 개발자가 직접 수집하는 정보
게임에는 별도의 회원가입이 없으며, 개발자는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치 정보 등 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 개인정보를 수집하거나 개발자 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 개발자는 게임 데이터를 받는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
2. 게임 데이터와 Google Play 게임즈
게임 진행도, 재화, 영웅, 설정값 같은 게임 데이터는 이용자 기기 안에 암호화되어 저장됩니다.
- Google Play 게임즈 로그인: 게임은 Google Play 게임즈 서비스로 로그인합니다. 이때 Google이 제공하는 플레이어 ID와 닉네임을 게임 안에서 계정 표시에 사용합니다.
- 클라우드 저장: 로그인한 경우 암호화된 게임 데이터 사본이 Google Play 게임즈의 저장된 게임 기능을 통해 이용자의 Google 계정에 저장되어, 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 다시 설치해도 진행을 불러올 수 있습니다. 이 데이터는 Google이 보관하며 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 삭제: 게임의 설정 → 계정 → "클라우드 데이터 삭제"로 클라우드 사본을, "데이터 초기화" 또는 앱 삭제로 기기의 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다.

3. 광고
게임은 이용자가 원할 때 시청하는 보상형 광고(예: 무료 다이아)를 제공할 수 있습니다. 광고는 Unity Ads 등 외부 광고 서비스가 제공하며, 광고를 보여 주고 측정하기 위해 해당 서비스가 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID), 기기 모델·운영체제 정보, IP 주소, 광고 상호작용 정보 등을 수집할 수 있습니다. 이 정보의 처리는 각 광고 서비스의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

- 맞춤 광고는 기기의 설정 → Google → 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제하여 끌 수 있습니다.
4. Google Play
게임 다운로드, 업데이트, 결제는 Google Play를 통해 이루어지며 이 과정의 정보 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
5. 제3자 제공 및 판매
개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하거나 위 2~4항 외의 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
개발자는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자께서 자녀의 정보가 수집되었다고 생각하시면 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요. 확인 후 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든 게임 안의 데이터 초기화·클라우드 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제로 게임 데이터를 지울 수 있고, 개인정보 처리에 관한 열람·정정·삭제 요청이나 문의를 아래 연락처로 보낼 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy
Starpowder dev ("we") respects the privacy of everyone who plays the mobile game Puzzle Guardians (package name net.starpowder.puzzleguardians, the "Game"). This policy explains what information is handled and how.
1. Information we collect directly
The Game has no account sign-up of its own. We do not collect or store on our servers any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number or location. We do not run any server that receives game data.
2. Game data and Google Play Games
Game progress, currencies, heroes and settings are stored on your device in encrypted form.
- Google Play Games sign-in: the Game signs in with Google Play Games Services and uses the player ID and nickname that Google provides to show your account in the Game.
- Cloud save: when you are signed in, an encrypted copy of your game data is stored in your Google account through Google Play Games Saved Games, so you can restore your progress on a new device or after reinstalling. Google keeps this data; it is never sent to our servers.
- Deletion: Settings → Account → "Delete cloud save" removes the cloud copy; "Reset data" or uninstalling removes the data on your device.
Google Play Games is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Advertising
The Game may offer optional rewarded ads (for example, free diamonds). These ads are served by third-party ad services such as Unity Ads, which may collect your advertising ID (Android Advertising ID), device model and operating system information, IP address and ad interaction data in order to show and measure ads. That processing is governed by each ad service's own privacy policy.

- You can turn off personalized ads by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in your device's Settings → Google → Ads.
4. Google Play
Downloads, updates and payments are handled by Google Play and are subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties other than those described in sections 2 to 4.
6. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (under 14 in Korea). If you believe a child's information has been collected, please contact us and we will take action promptly.
7. Your rights
You can delete your game data at any time with the in-game data reset and cloud save deletion or by uninstalling the Game, and you can contact us with any request to access, correct or delete personal information.
