이용약관
1. 목적
이 약관은 Starpowder dev(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 퍼즐가디언즈(이하 "게임")의 이용 조건과 절차, 개발자와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
2. 약관의 효력과 변경
게임을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 내용과 시행일을 게시하며, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 7일 전(중요한 변경은 30일 전)부터 알립니다.
3. 계정과 데이터
게임은 별도의 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있으며, Google Play 게임즈로 로그인하면 진행 데이터를 Google 계정의 클라우드에 저장할 수 있습니다. 기기와 Google 계정의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 로그인하지 않은 상태에서 앱을 삭제하면 진행 데이터를 복구할 수 없습니다.
4. 게임 내 재화와 아이템
골드, 다이아 등 게임 내 재화와 아이템은 게임 안에서만 쓸 수 있는 이용권이며, 현금이나 다른 재산으로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 양도·판매할 수 없습니다. 유료 상품을 판매하는 경우 결제와 환불은 Google Play의 정책과 관련 법령을 따릅니다.
5. 금지 행위
- 게임 프로그램이나 저장 데이터를 변조·해킹하거나, 비정상적인 방법(기기 시간 조작, 자동화 도구 등)으로 이익을 얻는 행위
- 게임의 운영을 방해하거나 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 행위
- 게임의 그림, 음악, 프로그램 등 저작물을 허락 없이 복제·배포하는 행위
금지 행위로 얻은 재화나 진행은 회수하거나 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
6. 서비스의 변경과 중단
개발자는 게임의 내용(밸런스, 보상, 기능 등)을 개선하기 위해 바꿀 수 있고, 부득이한 경우 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 최소 30일 전에 게임 또는 이 페이지로 알립니다.
7. 책임의 제한
개발자는 천재지변, 이용자 기기·네트워크 문제, Google 등 외부 서비스의 장애처럼 개발자에게 책임이 없는 사유로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 관련 법령상 개발자가 책임을 지는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
8. 준거법과 분쟁
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 관련 법령이 정한 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game Puzzle Guardians (the "Game") provided by Starpowder dev ("we"), and the rights and duties of players and us.
2. Acceptance and changes
By installing or using the Game you accept these terms. When they change, we post the new version and its effective date on this page, at least 7 days in advance for changes that are less favourable to you (30 days for significant ones).
3. Account and data
The Game needs no sign-up. If you sign in with Google Play Games, your progress can be saved to the cloud in your Google account. You are responsible for your device and Google account; progress cannot be recovered if you uninstall without signing in.
4. In-game currency and items
Gold, diamonds and other in-game currencies and items are a licence to use content inside the Game only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold. If paid items are offered, payments and refunds follow Google Play policies and applicable law.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Modifying or hacking the Game or its save data, or gaining advantages by abnormal means (changing the device clock, automation tools, etc.)
- Disrupting the Game or infringing other people's rights
- Copying or distributing the Game's art, music, software or other works without permission
Currency or progress obtained through prohibited conduct may be removed and use of the Game may be restricted.
6. Changes and discontinuation
We may change the Game's content (balance, rewards, features) to improve it, and may discontinue it where unavoidable. We will announce a shutdown at least 30 days in advance in the Game or on this page.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for damage caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, problems with your device or network, or outages of external services such as Google, except where the law makes us liable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the competent court under those laws.
