계정·데이터 삭제 요청
퍼즐가디언즈에는 별도의 회원가입이 없습니다. 게임은 Google Play 게임즈 계정으로 로그인하고, 게임 데이터는 이용자 기기와 이용자 본인의 Google 계정(저장된 게임)에만 저장됩니다. 개발자는 게임 데이터를 보관하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
1. 게임 안에서 바로 삭제하기
- 게임을 열고 설정 → 계정으로 이동합니다.
- 클라우드 데이터 삭제를 두 번 눌러 Google 계정에 저장된 게임 데이터를 지웁니다.
- 기기의 게임 데이터는 설정 → 계정 → 데이터 초기화 또는 앱 삭제로 지워집니다.
2. 삭제 요청 보내기
게임을 더 이상 설치할 수 없거나 직접 지우기 어려우면 아래 버튼으로 요청해 주세요. 요청 메일에 게임에서 쓰던 Google Play 게임즈 닉네임을 적어 주시면 됩니다.
메일 주소: [email protected] · 요청을 받은 날부터 30일 안에 처리 결과를 답장으로 알려 드립니다.
3. 삭제되는 데이터
- Google Play 게임즈 저장된 게임에 보관된 게임 데이터 사본(진행도, 재화, 영웅, 설정)
- 요청 처리 과정에서 받은 메일과 닉네임 정보(처리 완료 후 삭제)
4. 삭제되지 않거나 따로 보관되는 데이터
- 결제 기록: 보석 구매 기록은 Google Play가 보관하며, 관련 법령(전자상거래법 등)에 따라 정해진 기간 동안 보존될 수 있습니다. 개발자는 결제 정보를 따로 보관하지 않습니다.
- Google Play 게임즈 프로필: 프로필 자체는 Google 계정에 속합니다. Play 게임즈 앱의 설정에서 프로필과 게임 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 이미 삭제된 데이터와 구매한 보석은 되돌릴 수 없으며, 삭제로 인한 환불은 되지 않습니다.

Account and Data Deletion
Puzzle Guardians has no account sign-up of its own. The Game signs in with Google Play Games, and game data is stored only on your device and in your own Google account (Saved Games). We do not run any server that keeps game data.
1. Delete it in the Game
- Open the Game and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete cloud save twice to delete the game data saved in your Google account.
- The data on your device is removed with Settings → Account → Reset data or by uninstalling the Game.
2. Send a deletion request
If you can no longer install the Game or cannot delete the data yourself, send us a request with the button below. Please include the Google Play Games nickname you used in the Game.

3. Data that is deleted
- The copy of your game data in Google Play Games Saved Games (progress, currencies, heroes, settings)
- The email and nickname you sent with the request (deleted once it is handled)
4. Data that is not deleted or is kept separately
- Purchase records: gem purchases are recorded by Google Play and may be kept for the period that the law requires. We do not keep payment information ourselves.
- Google Play Games profile: the profile belongs to your Google account. You can delete the profile and its game data in the Play Games app settings.
- Deleted data and purchased gems cannot be restored, and deletion does not give a refund.
